YES, you will receive the product as shown in the picture.  Note, color on the bung wrench is either blue or yellow, but likely blue.  We ship anywhere in the USA and our warehouse team usually ships the product the same day you order it.  Expect normal shipping times for delivery depending on the product you chose.  (note: if you are international contact us as we are willing to ship to you, we just want to make sure your location is accurate based upon the product you are trying to purchase.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us first and we will provide information on how to receive a replacement or where you can return your product.  Products like the O2 are considered final purchases if they are opened and or used. 

We ship anywhere in the USA.  You can purchase any of our products and have them shipped to the address of your choice.  For example if you purchase a drum pump and send it to a separate address as a gift.  And yes, we ship internationally - it just costs a lot so we want to make sure we can ship to your location before we send something off at the wrong shipping price.  Contact us for more on international shipping.
